Program and message types.
SafePath Solutions, LLC, doing business as SafePath Tech Solutions, offers one-to-one SMS conversations with individual employees about customer questions, service appointments, scheduling, and requested service or project updates. This program does not include marketing campaigns, bulk promotional messages, or automated security alerts.
How you opt in.
Follow our text messaging opt-in instructions and text START to your representative’s SMS-enabled direct number after reviewing the disclosures. Consent is specific to that number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase. A website inquiry or a phone number provided for calls alone does not establish SMS consent.
Frequency and charges.
Message frequency varies with your requests and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges. SafePath does not charge a separate SMS subscription fee.
Stop messages or resume.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages from the SafePath number you are texting. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages from that number unless you opt in again. You may also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply START to resume. Availability and appropriate use.
Delivery and response times can vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergency dispatch or alarm monitoring. Call 911 in an emergency or follow your established emergency procedures. Do not send passwords, alarm or access codes, payment-card details, or sensitive security information.
Privacy.
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we use SMS information. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Updates to these terms will be posted here with their effective date.
