Your facility’s day-to-day activity provides the starting point. We discuss the people entering and leaving, the spaces that need particular attention, and the system limitations your team already experiences.

- Camera views, recording, and incident-review needs
- Paging, notifications, and approved response procedures
- Existing equipment, network dependencies, and ownership
- Near-term priorities, future plans, and budget constraints
Agree what you need from the engagement.
An initial conversation, a site assessment, detailed design, and an installation proposal are different deliverables. We discuss the appropriate scope and any associated fees before work begins.
Prepare without overcomplicating it.
Bring the information you have: a floor plan, an equipment list, known issues, and the people responsible for the site. Incomplete records are common. Identifying what still needs to be checked is part of planning.
